Last year, MASMUN embraced the theme Rising from Ashes — a powerful symbol of resilience, renewal, and hope.

It reflected our collective ability to rebuild, to find strength in adversity, and to emerge stronger than before. This year, we continue that journey with our theme, Tides of Awakening. Just as tides are constant, powerful, and unstoppable, they symbolize the new stage we are stepping into — a stage of awareness, responsibility, and action. If last year we rose, this year we awaken. We awaken to the realities that shape our world, to the injustices that demand our attention, and to the opportunities that call for our leadership. Tides of Awakening is more than just a theme; it is a call for young minds to engage, to question, and to act. It reminds us that true awakening does not end in realization but begins with it, extending toward transformation and meaningful change. 

في العام الماضي، تبنّى النموذج التمثيلي لمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة في المدرسة الأمريكية الحديثة  محورًا بعنوان "النهضة من الرماد" رمزًا للصمود والتجدد والأمل. لقد عبّر عن قدرتنا الجماعية على النهوض من التحديات، واستعادة قوتنا، والمضي قدمًا بعزيمة أقوى من ذي قبل.    أما هذا العام، فنواصل رحلتنا تحت شعار "أمواج اليقظة"، الذي يجسد مرحلةً جديدةً من الوعي والمسؤولية والعمل. فكما أن الأمواج لا تتوقف أبدًا، فإنها ترمز إلى المرحلة التي نخطو إليها، مرحلة الوعي بالواقع، وتحمل المسؤولية، والسعي نحو التغيير.    إذا كنا في العام الماضي قد نهضنا، فإننا هذا العام نستيقظ. نستيقظ أمام ما يجري في عالمنا، أمام الظلم الذي يتطلب وقفتنا، أمام الفرص التي تنتظر قيادتنا. إن "أمواج اليقظة" ليست مجردَ محور، بل هي دعوة للعقول اليقظة الشابة كي تشارك، وتتساءل، وتبادر. إنها تذكير بأن اليقظة الحقيقية لا تنتهي بالإدراك، بل تبدأ به، وتمتد نحو التغيير والعمل.
